How to get €250 for an employee recommendation?

1	Check all the requirements for the candidate.

2	Fill out the form with information about yourself and the candidate.

3	Expect your candidate to be employed.

4	Expect the candidate to pass a probationary period (1 month).

5	We will contact you to pay the funds!

Important! Before suggesting a candidate, you must make sure that he or she meets all of the following requirements. Please do not submit the application if you are not sure, as this will add extra work for us and may negatively affect our cooperation.

Requirements for candidates

Current professions: waiter, cook, cleaner, supervisor, receptionist, dishwasher, technician.
Experience: Priority is given to candidates with 6 months or more of previous work experience in one of these professions.
Documents: For employment in the Netherlands, candidates must have a BSN number, passport, work permit from IND, and a bank account in a Dutch bank. EU citizens are not required to obtain an additional work permit; they only need a BSN number, passport, and bank account. Those covered by the Temporary Protection Directive (RTB) are allowed to work with an IND-issued sticker until the Directive expires.
Place of residence: Most vacancies are located in Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Utrecht, and The Hague. However, new vacancies in other regions of the Netherlands are continuously being sought. Applications will remain in the database, and vacancies near the candidate’s place of residence will be offered as they become available. Note: vacancies do not provide accommodation.
English: For cleaner and dishwasher positions, the minimum required English level is A2 (understand everyday topics, engage in basic conversation). For all other positions, the minimum required level is B1 (understand interlocutors well, engage in good conversations on everyday topics).
